This Returns Policy was last updated on June 28, 2021, and applies to all clients of this website.
All our products are handmade and, most of them, tailored according to your dog’s measures and your preferences. We print the colors, patterns, text and designs that you choose in the size you indicate to us when you place your order. Since all our products are handmade, we check every single item with care before shipping it to you. That’s why we believe that it is highly unlikely that our products are shipped to you with a clear visual, structural or functional defect.
However, we are happy to replace any item for you in the very unlikely event that it has been damaged by the shipment. In such case, please let us know, so that we can see what we can do for you.
2. Return Process
To return an item damaged by shipment, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
3. What’s next
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
